I’ve been meaning to write this note for quite some time and am finally getting around to it.
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the whole experience with you and your office, leading up to, during and after surgery. The level of communication and caring was outstanding. Everything from the unprecedented access via telephone to answer questions pre-surgery, to the thoughtful and thorough way you approached the in-person consultation, to the follow-up calls to check on my post-surgery completely exceeded my expectations.
The surgery was also an unmitigated success. Shortly after surgery I was able to return to all my pre-surgery activities and do them completely pain-free for the first time in 10 months. I was also able to resume certain activities that I’d had to give up prior to surgery (like certain strength training movements). Now, 3 months post-surgery, I am returning to triathlon competition and working toward achieving additional performance improvements vs. just trying to hang on!
