You operated on my son Matthew last year on June 29th. Matthew is the one you had to draw the blue dot on his stomach.
Matthew had a great fall season playing high school soccer and has been playing great in his Club season.
I wanted to let you know Matthew signed his National Letter of Intent to play college soccer at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
This would not have been possible without you! If fact, I am guessing Matthew never would have played soccer again if it had not been for you.
