Good morning Dr. Brown,

It just past one year since the surgery.  Thank you so much for the operation and support thereafter. I truly appreciate it and cannot imagine where my life would be if circumstances had been different.

I just became a yoga instructor! Through the training, I was able to modify poses and rest when needed and became stronger through the process. I have been teaching restorative classes to help others heal as well.

In this picture I was able to get up in this supported handstand with the help of a few of the ladies in the training. I also have been able to continue my metal work; the second picture is a wood burning stove that I am just finishing up.

Sometimes I will still have dull pain and weakness in the surgery areas and around the pubic symphysis. Overall am feeling good and have been able to get back to most of things I enjoy and am very thankful.

Thank you again for the surgery and support. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
