Hello Dr. Brown,
I just wanted to check in to give you a progress report on my healing and rehab. Last weekend (11/13/16), just a little over 4 months since my bilateral sports hernia surgery, I successfully completed the Big Sur Half Marathon in Monterey.
I finished with a time of 1:50:05, which is my fastest half marathon time in years. And more importantly, I got through the run pretty much pain-free! I could never have done this without your care and expertise. Thank you again for all that you do.
